AI presentations can help bridge the gap between your thoughts and deck.

Leveraging Beautiful.ai’s AI assistant in 5 easy steps

Users can get the power of generative AI right inside their Beautiful.ai workspace. Our AI assistant is a creative partner that designs entire decks and slides quickly, helps brainstorm ideas, and generates text and images in a snap. Here are five ways you can leverage AI in your next presentation:

1. Create a presentation from scratch with our AI assistant
2. Create and add a new slide with our AI assistant
3. Add context to your prompt to get better results with our context AI feature
4. Use the AI rewrite feature to help fill in content, adjust your tone, and present to anyone

Create a presentation with our AI assistant

The AI assistant in Beautiful.ai makes it easier than ever for non-designers to create a new presentation from scratch, regardless of the content. Users can opt to create a new deck with AI by entering a short description (or prompt) based on what they need, and the technology will curate a fully-editable presentation in just a few clicks. 

To create a presentation using AI click on Create Presentation and select Generate with AI. From there, you will enter a description— or prompt— of the presentation you'd like to create and click Generate Presentation. This process can take up to a few minutes to complete. Once the presentation is complete, it will automatically show up in your presentation library.

Add context with our context AI feature

With Context AI, you can feed in additional contextual information alongside your prompt and the technology will generate an 8-12 slide presentation specific to your content. You'll be able to: 

• Upload a doc or pdf file
• Link a webpage
• Or just add in (paste or type) additional text

To get started, repeat the same steps you would to generate a presentation with the AI assistant. Add a prompt based on your presentation topic. Then, click on Train AI with Additional Context. From there, add additional contextual information for the AI to process your prompt and click Generate Presentation. The AI will begin to generate your slides. This process may take a few minutes depending on the quantity or complexity of information you've uploaded. 

Note: regardless of the amount of context you add, the AI will only output an 8-12 slide deck. 

Create a slide with our AI assistant

In any presentation, you can generate a slide from scratch with AI. Simply click Add Slide, and choose Generate with AI. There you will add a short prompt based on what you need. Once you have prompted the AI assistant, click Generate Slide, and a fully baked— and editable— slide will be automatically added to your presentation. 

Use the AI rewrite feature to help fill in content

Say goodbye to writer's block and hello to effortless, polished text. Beautiful.ai uses AI to analyze your writing and suggest alternatives that improve readability, clarity, and style. With just a few clicks, you can make impactful changes to tone, length, and grammar. Whether you need to find a quick, relevant quote or add more gravitas to your writing, the AI assistant is your own personal copywriter.

The AI feature can be found on your Text control bar. Anytime you need to rewrite text, click on the AI robot icon and configure your changes. The AI features include:

Rewrite Text: Will rewrite your text using our default settings.

Change Tone: Allows you to switch the tone of your text. You'll have the option to switch to Professional, Concise, Friendly, Relaxed, Playful, Excited, and Assertive tones.

Change Text: Allows you to make your blurb of text longer or shorter. You'll also be able to make custom changes like translating your text to a different language.

The AI assistant can also create text for you. Click the bot icon and under Change Text, select the Custom option. From there, tell the AI assistant exactly what you need.

Adding an AI image

Sometimes you need a specific image to complement your story, and can end up wasting a lot of time trying to find it in a stock photo library. Instead, AI can generate a unique, custom asset specific to the content in your presentation in just a few clicks.

In the image library in Beautiful.ai, choose Generate with AI where you can type in a detailed description of the asset you’re looking for. It’s important to be specific and include subject, setting, and mood. Once you’ve entered your prompt, hit the return or enter key and the AI assistant will bring your creative to life.
